I'm not too familiar with his approach, but it seems like he's trying something similar to Beebes by incorporating Jungian archetypal concepts into the mix, and creating a very theoretical model.
I haven't looked enough to comment, but I see some red flags already. Firstly, I would be floored to find out that anything as precise as a 16-hierarchy-position phenomenon has any empirical proof. It's hard enough to provide any proof for the legitimacy of any function, period, let alone a function metabolism route that spans across 4 types per person (ego, subconscious, unconscious, super-ego) each with four very specific function positions, as C.S. Joseph hypothesizes.
An approach like CT doesn't have the leeway for this sort of theoretical indulgence, as every aspect of hierarchy/etc has to have some objective analog. It's extraordinarily easy to conjure up explanations, but very hard to support them.
It seems, again like Beebes, more like an exercise in abstract sense-making, and the construction of theoretical symmetry divorced from any falsifiability, especially since the joining of the allegedly 4-types can make it so one can rationalize any irregularities we see in a typing through any one of the four type's functions cropping upward.
It's not too dissimilar to my grievance with Socionics for doing something similar with an 8 function model, which essentially renders it unfalsifiable ---or at least certainly makes it harder to design an experiment that could verify it without falling into the trap of 'explaining-away'.

@auburn I agree. I have Dr. John Beebe's books. He's just added some minor things to his model and making money off of it. However, how C.S Joseph crafted his channel is something to consider. He is very good at getting and keeping people's interest and attention. Apparently, he grew up in a cult, so he must of learned manipulation tactics that way.

@courtjester, which ones? I've tried looking 4 his books and haven't found any; just some old pdfs. Can you help me with links, please? I really adore his ideas.

Hi @courtjester, don't know if your original question was directed at me or Auburn, but I think the current status on this project is on hold until @auburn comes out with his videos explaining the principles of CT. I don't know what will become of this project after that, but I would still be interested in being part of  a CT Youtube team. Whether or not a team is formed, I am still personally interested in having my own Youtube channel where I talk with people and their confirmed cognitive type and topics related to their experience (I am currently waiting for me and @bera to have a chat on Ni, dreams,  Fi, etc.). I would like to learn about cognitive functions from people's own experience of them and I think having the videos recorded and publicized is a good resource for vultological and psychological reasons (I think you would be a good person to talk with as well since we are similar (Ji-Pi) yet our developed functions are flipped). Perhaps down the road that channel will morph into something else, perhaps an explanation of functions gathered from people's own experience of them or something related to my interest in neuroscience and type, but I am not sure ?.

Yes ! Totally, it's a wonderful idea to have these talks and post them on YouTube, even if at first we will not be that great, since most of us are not used to making videos. In time it can be a way to reach new people...while developing Je and/or make up skills. ?
Some of us also have a little video challenge going on in the discord chat - Fi Tower. We tried to imitate functions we don't have and our next goal is to show Te steamrolling / modulate as much Te as we can.❤️
Maybe some of the videos / gifs people make can at some point be useful or maybe in time we can develop this little game, so that more of us participate and some conclusions are also drawn or at least people learn more by direct interaction involving visuals. ❤️
