Why some of my functions are unconscious

With a little help, I finally got the courage to post this video I made. I just had these initial ideas come up intuitively about why it might be that I am at a level II--, as opposed to having all my functions in conscious balance. It was very candid and unprepared, and therefore I know it isn't very good for reading the signals (glasses, low light, low resolution, etc.) but for me it was about getting these ideas out to the external world, which otherwise would still exist only in my head, without a mirror, so to speak.
