Here's a place to post and discuss examples of people exhibiting mixed signals. Hopefully we can see if either we are interpreting the signals incorrectly or, if they are a genuine case of mixed signals, perhaps we will see some patterns in the way signal mixing occurs.
I was recently watching a video of Bjork, who is in the database as FiSe l---, and I noticed a few things that looked like Ti/Fe signals.
A Ti placid smile:

An Fe zygomatic smile followed by Ti emotional neutralization:

Let me know if you think I'm interpreting these signals incorrectly.
Nice! I'd like to hear about these too! The second smile looks Fi/Te to me because of the "wavy contractions" in the cheeks, but I don't know why that wouldn't be emotional neutralization.
@nintheme Can you explain more of what you mean by "wavy contractions"?
@fayest42 Yep, sorry for the lack of terminology. I'm not sure about my interpretation of these frames, but here's what I meant by "wavy":

When it's animated, you can se a little wave forming around the nose, going into the cheek, then there's a "brake - invert" at the height of the mouth; it's not "smooth".
@nintheme Thanks for clarifying. Yes, when I look at the placid and zygomatic smile gifs in the codifier, they don't seem to have that wavy contraction quality you're talking about, so perhaps that is an important distinction.
I'm not sure this really counts as a mixed signal, but it seems worth mentioning here. Ekhart Tolle is typed as NiFe l---, but he blinks A LOT - way more than most people.

Here's one. I initially mistyped him as Ni. Part of the reason was I thought I saw raised outer edges. Maybe it is actually an Si signal, such as dancing brow? But the inner ends of his brows don't noticeably rise, only outer.

Also, how is his hand not plateu velocity? Is it because his head is also moving, making it coordinated and therefore Fe instead of Te?
@janie, I agree that that hand motion looks like plateau velocity. Re: the raised outer edges, I think that signal is for when people have raised outer edges by default, not so much when someone raises the outer edge of their brow as part of an expression.

@fayest42 I don't think it counts as a "mixed" signal because there's no such thing as "Si blinking eyes", but yes, it can be confusing because there's "Ni unblinking eyes" (but you don't need all the signals to be checked, afaik).

@janie Who's this? Would you mind sharing the video?
Edit: fayest is right
The outer edges of the eyebrow area are continually raised upwards by default, elevating the brow off the eye area - (Codifier)

Edit 3: from "Unknown Guy" to "Tai Lopez"
@janie Who’s this? Would you mind sharing the video?
Tai Lopez, same video that's in the database. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jX5eajzLJMU&t=294s
Oh, ok, it's around 4:50!
Doesn't look like plateau velocity to me:
As a direct reflection of Te’s streamlined psychological attitude, its gesticulations are equally marked by briefness and quickness of execution. They will carry a different tempo than Fe’s gestures, being snippy in their delivery and earlier in their repetition.
[...]
It will nonetheless retain its cascading and unbroken flow, transitioning from one deduction and expressive motion to the next with a nearly uniform velocity, whether that velocity is fast or slow. It will not oscillate between halt and push as Fe-Ti does.
I think in 07:57 - 08:07 you get the idea.
