What type is John Oliver? :)

Yesterday I asked this on the chat and there are two opinions about John Oliver's type :
The first one is that he is TeSi I-I-.
And the second one is that he is NeFi I-I-.
My first impression was that he is Te lead but someone almost convinced me that he could be NeFi.
I will post one of his Last Week Tonight talks. I tried to find the least offensive one but bare with me that this was a hard thing to do and that I did my best under the given circumstances. :)))

I think only one issue can be touchy for someone here. I really hope it's not and the information itself is so awesome ! I didn't know about that project. Or about any of this. Except for the toad invasion in Australia. 😉
I'd say he looks like a Te lead here.
And then here is an interview @staas posted on the chat :

Where indeed John Oliver is less rigid, sways a lot and is pretty bubbly. (I promise I will start to use that sheet ! But I can't print it now, so I will start using it tomorrow. 🙂 )
I think it's important to determine his type because I can see two possibilities :
a. He is an NeFi I-I- who gets into Te mode in his Last Week Tonight show because those talks are prepared in advance and seen as serious business despite their humorous side OR
b. He is TeSi and just swayed a lot during that interview because he was amused and in a very good mood. I noticed he is generally less rigid in other interviews too.

@neon said he still looks like TeSi to him in that interview and he could be right.
I can see both possibilities...but I am again leaning towards TeSi, I see NeFi I-I- in the database sway more than he does and also most of his hand movements look like Je movements to me. The Ne leads also usually do some casual hand movements that then change to Je movements (I think).
I could of course be completely wrong and he could be a totally different type.
What do you guys think?
