The inferior is the true dominant function

This is my take on the compound functions. Let's choose a dominant information element, for example, Ti. This would put Fe in the inferior slot. This changes cognition as inferior Fe will 'steal' the dominant Ji energetic without compromising its own unique metabolism, resulting in the IF compound function.

Dominant Ti = Dominant Ji + Inferior Fe => IF

(Note that I have not looked into the possibility of the dominant function 'stealing' the inferior energetic. Continuing with the case of Ti-dom, this would result in the ET compound function rather than IF.)
