    I wanted to clarify some points I made in the video and my beliefs stemming from them. I have so much(so much!)  to say that this does not reflect my whole system of beliefs/experience. One thing I forgot to mention is life purpose, which I think I’ll get to later since I think individuation implies life purpose.

    • Making functions conscious and keeping them balanced, keeping yourself balanced (and avoiding depression/flat affect) I think necessarily requires spirituality (and that means whatever can heal the psyche/soul from past trauma and shadow integration). I recommend following (like determinedly, sincerely following!) the intuitive advice that the Tarot, Astrology, I-Ching, and perhaps religious texts give (without religion/religious dogma). Along with this I also recommend the many ways available to ground yourself in reality (I use Qigong and meditation, exercise) when following the advice of your intuition and heart, because things can get intense (fear) when your environment/life is shifting in to accommodate your choices coming from your heart/intuition to remove past trauma. But if you have your spirit helping you, you can get through it, just ask for help.
    • Intuition is spiritual, even in those that are unconscious of it. By this, I mean the “unseen” world, and intuition helps you navigate your soul/psyche through it. Just trust it (it’s guiding you even though you are not aware of it, but it’s better to be aware of it). By intuition, I don't mean Ni or Ne, since all functions can be intuitive in some way.
    • No one else can help you but yourself and your spirit:  the end goal is to love yourself and loving yourself you love others. In loving yourself you forgive others because you forgive yourself and others out of love. In doing this, you know when you need to stand up for yourself out of love for yourself and how not to judge others for their actions, but rather stay away from people that seek to hurt you and let them deal with their own hate stemming from their hurting soul. Help them from a distance if you can, because only they and their soul can help them in the end.
    • I think everyone should seek (not force) individuation and fluid function balance even though it’s hard. We are supposed to be interdependent not codependent society (that’s what causes us to hide true selves and follow the crowd (the they, the no one). And that is possible when the inner and outer is balanced. This is what will lead to a balanced society that is currently very depressing and unbalanced for many (very ST, EST specifically, temperament).
    • I believe one day (who knows how far, but I have glimpsed it lol), with CT type resolution and the recognition of our spirituality that has been lost and our intuition that has been devalued (which has been devalued along with the divine feminine principle, which has also led to the underappreciation for the masculine divine principle, ironically), our whole program of education will be about development and individuation of balanced people and therefore a balanced society :). We, you, can do it! The future is bright.

    You look and sound so alive! The changes you are making sound authentic and true. You are so much more fluid in your communication and are communicating more that you used to...like you have freed yourself from that self-inflicted prison in your mind. I hear you speak of the Compassionate Observer within yourself. I'm not sure if you knew about this, or just happened upon it, but it is such a healthy way of interacting with oneself and the world. Watching you wake-up and come alive is so beautiful! No one ever regrets doing what you have committed to do. Well done Spirit of you!

    Very powerful stuff. Your message sank into me softly. I feel i really internalized it and think i can really learn from this.
    I’m not entirely ready to develop my last function, but one day i will be. It is just not now.
    i will say i really admire how open you are to the life force as you call it. I’d like to think i am as well, but i still require more work in that department.
    by the way, you look so healthy and balanced. There is a shine to your eyes that was not there even after you developed your functions. You seem, your face at least, seems fully animated. All the muscles activated and relaxed in motion. This way of having your face i have found to be the most attractive energy a person can have. I think it comes with awakening.

    @coralie-philips, Thank you, I do feel freer within myself and I am glad that is translating. In my previous videos, I was more enthusiastic, but I think that was because I was feeling the rush and power of my new extroverted functions, which I can still muster lol. Yet, this is more authentic. I think my psyche is still settling as I am still going through problems and changes and shifts in my life, but I am learning from the I-Ching that this is normal, this is life, a constant change and adaptation of cycles and rhythm of going within and without. I didn't know of the Compassionate Observer, I think I have just been referring to it as my "higher Self"? Idk, they sound similar.

    @greencoyote
    , Thank you for listening?. Yes, don't force your Ni function. I think you are very intuitive/spiritual when I last talked to you: how you see life and how you think about people, objects and space in the environment (an aspect of life force that I never considered). Seek to cultivate Ni, even if it's slow and steady,  at your own pace. I think an exercise that can cultivate Ni is to look back/reflect at your past day/week/month of experiences and try to synthesize meaning from the experiences that most stand out to you. What are the themes/patterns that you are seeing/noticing and where do you think you are headed based on these themes you are noticing in your life?

    I believe the Higher Self and the Compassionate Observer are the same thing...but maybe seen from different angles. I'll do my best to explain my understanding, though it's so nuanced. From my experiences (things I've read, people I've known, teachers, things I've tried, etc.), the Higher Self is more of a detached spiritual concept while the Compassionate Observer is more of a human concept. I believe (and could be very wrong) we are spirits having human experiences in this life school.
    Initially, I felt an attachment to the idea of my Higher Self since it gave me a clearer perspective. After a long while, I was still having a human experience and didn't not find the more detached idea of my Higher Self to bring me healing in this life. It was a North Star, but not a gentle guide. It was also more in my mind than in my heart. Then I was introduced to the idea of the Compassionate Observer and have really found long lasting peace and comfort.
    Personally, I see the Compassionate Observer giving that little rascal ego some space for flailing and giving it grace for it's honest yet damaged attempt for helping. I see the Higher Self as attempting to shut the door on ego.
    This is such a tricky difference and I don't know that it matters to everyone. Maybe someone who lives from Feeling needs something slightly different from someone who understands more from Thinking? I don't think anyone knows. Regardless, you are awakened and on a healing path. Nothing is a switch, it is a series of choices and you seem to be consistently picking the healthy one. I find this inspiring!
