Reincarnation

Assume there is a soul. Do you believe that those with the character of being new souls (Pe types) would be likely to remain Pe types forever, or transform into other types as they accumulated experiences within other reincarnations or the spirit world, depending on their behavior? In other words, do you think that some fixedly have the qualities of old or new souls by nature and evolve to continue filling their niche in the fullest possible way, or that the soul fundamentally changes until it exhibits a Pi nature? Short-term, do you think that we continue to be the same types throughout each life or extradimensional depot, or flip-flop between either type within the same category (Pe/Pi/Je/Ji), as our essential property is introducing the elements that those categories sustain within reality rather than the specific way this occurs in each type?

So here's what I understand about reincarnation, briefly. The individual personality, including the continuity of conscious experience related to the ego, does not exist before death nor does it continue after death. But the Higher Self, or core principal consciousness, does. Think of it like this, all the traits we embody and relate with during a span of incarnation are like part of the spectrum of colors of differentiated light, the core principal consciousness is like the Sun, or the original source of white light. The particular physical structure (and etheric/subconscious constellation if you want to be more specific) serves as a kind of prism which is the cause of the differentiation of the light into the particular colors and patterns which generate the individual. The 16 types and their variations are just a part of this spectrum of potential traits, all our psychology, our physical traits, learned cultural and social conditioning, our Zodiac sign, etc. all are part of the expression of Humanity, and on a grander scale the expression of Conscious Life.

So to answer the question, no we don't necessarily incarnate over lifetimes as the same type, or even the same species, and perhaps not even on the same planet. Death is dissolution of the ego, like a mask it drops away and the experience of Universal Consciousness is re-found.

The Universal Consciousness (or electromagnetic field - yep, same thing) composes the entire universe, which cycles between states of concentration and dissolution. When brought into concentration in a sentient structure, this creates our individual conscious experience. Everything that happens in the field of consciousness is remembered, or imprinted permanently on the collective unconscious. Think of it as the memory of the core principle consciousness. Through all of the experiences of incarnation, the principal consciousness learns, it evolves, it knows itself to a greater degree. And the patterns in the collective unconscious are reinforced over time, resulting in Archetypes or distilled expressions of the fundamental traits of the core consciousness. The more reinforced the 'images' the more persistent they will be in incarnation.

Each one of us represents a stage of learning/evolution of the core principal consciousness. In this way, there is a continuity of the 'soul' if we consider the soul as the sum effect of all the cosmic memories and the Archetypes activated by the narrative line we represent. (This, and its interaction with the core consciousness, is my definition of the soul.) But the only thing that remains of us after our individual conscious experience dissipates is the imprint of our 'memories' and the deeper level of being: the core consciousness.

To put it another way, it is said we are the Word of God. Each of us is like a singular word in a paragraph, in which God is describing something about It's Self.

Or, God is the storm, we are the snowflakes. Each snowflake represents something of an underlying pattern inherent in the storm. No two snowflakes are alike, but through representation of the same pattern, they can be said to incarnate the same principles.
