Do you regularly partake? Do they make you see the unity of the cosmos? Do they just give you headaches and/or paranoia? Etc

I've never been on drugs but I regularly experience the feeling of being one with the universe, paranoia and hallucinations.  I feel like I can experience being on substances without partaking them. I can imagine and then play the role of being on drugs. My imagination can easily transform into reality. This experience is so real, that actual psychiatrists thought I had a schizophrenia, but I doubt that.

Knee surgery in high school taught me the joys of opioids and also that I'm way too into opioids to do them in large quantities in the future.
Started drinking and smoking weed in my teens but never did either super regularly.
Did shrooms and a couple other psychs pretty early on in my drug-using life. Molly at a couple parties but i wasn't as into uppers as a lot of the "partier" type folks were.
Experimented with random stuff I could get my hands on. Things like trying to find a good recreational high off my dog's valium etc.
Took up cigarettes after I left school and I'd smoke between shifts with the other guys at the record store but quit them pretty easily after leaving the job.
Started drinking pretty heavily for a year or so, followed by a a year with a decent amount of smoking and semi-regular acid doses/microdoses.
Got a hold of dmt from a friend and broke through on that, wild stuff. Haven't done much in the way of psychs since then though. Just kinda haven't really felt the need.
Been smoking weed and a bit of tobacco almost on the daily now for almost two years though, which has been pretty much my only "vice" for some time.

I've never been much interested in the unity of the cosmos though, throughout all of it. Even breaking through on dmt was more educational on a personal/emotional level than anything involving the universe. Anything regarding the cosmos for me usually is present sober or not. If anything, the buzz of everything being everything else is more present and more infuriating when I'm sober than not.

Psychedelics have been an integral part of my psychological and spiritual journey. Specifically psilocybin and MDMA. In junction with psychotherapy these can be incredible healing tools for trauma. The MDMA helped me break through the social anxiety walls that had caused feelings of isolation since I was a kid. Only 7 doses and I permanently turned into a huggy love puddle and Life Coach 😋 The experience I had with MDMA was euphoric, it made everything feel like it was ok and made my judgement shut up enough that I could fully listen to and accept others, even those who had very different opinions from me.

Psilocybin is more transcendental than MDMA in my experience. I've done a lot of shrooms 🍄🍄🍄

The first couple of trips were recreational, partying with my boyfriend at the time. But when I experienced the effects, I realized how important and sacred the process was and I have only done psychedelics in ritual settings since. With each trip I have become more deeply aware of my transcendental consciousness. I enter into completely transparent awareness, where the meaning and reality of everything is blatant. I know what others are thinking and exactly what they're going to do or say next. I am aware of where they're at in their life journey and of the particular circumstance of our relation to one another. I am entirely aware of my body and all the causalities occurring in it. I actively experience death as it unfolds within me. But while I'm aware of all these things on the material plane, I'm seeing them from an undeniably omnipotent, timeless state. I am no longer "me", I am a fundamental archetype of the Dark Feminine, Hecate, Artemis, Lilith. I withold nothing I see, and am the embodiment of sexual power. Thankfully I have enlightened friends, else I'm sure they'd have left me in those moments 😅

The last trip I had with 5 grams of high quality blue tops I broke through limited awareness entirely. I was everything, I experienced being the Cosmos and every form and living being in it. I didn't just experience the process of death, I was death and it's opposite pole of life. I penetrated the veil of Paroketh, left the realm of time and became aware of the ultimate Will at the heart of it all. I experienced being Divinity, at the edge of the limitless nothing, I was the calm and sure knowing preceding the ecstacy of the act of creation.

This experience changed my perception permanently. I haven't felt the need to take anything to assist my vision work since then, as I can achieve something close to, and at times beyond, what I experienced that night with spell work and meditation.

Personally, I prefer to use CBD oil for recreational purposes. I find it really helps me to relax and unwind after a long day. I've also found that it's great for helping with anxiety and insomnia. Also, I do occasionally smoke cannabis as well. I find that it can be fun and enjoyable in the right setting, but I definitely prefer to use it in moderation. I've had some negative experiences with it in the past, such as getting headaches or feeling paranoid. If you're looking for a good dispensary, I recently discovered one of the best dispensaries in Burlington. They have a great selection of high-quality products, and the staff is really knowledgeable and friendly. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend checking them out.

I recently took 2 caffeine capsules in a day for the first time in my life. The caffeine has given my body very unpleasant sensations, seemingly induced a panic attack, spiked my blood pressure and ruined my sleep patterns. I have never taken other recreational drugs; I aim to have clear perception linked directly to reality without distortions. The recreational drugs give pleasure and make you believe that you are in a profound state, however intelligence and awareness is reduced, akin to being drunk on alcohol (which I have never been either).

I do not understand the second question.

Insufficient sample size to determine comprehensive conclusion to the third question, for the single substance I have taken, I have written the affects in the response to the 1st question.
