Aswaganda?

Anyone have any experience taking ashwaganda to relieve stress and boost testosterone. I’ve been taking it for about a month or so now and noticed increases in strength and musculature but it could also just be the vitamin D supplements.
 
Anyone with experience wirh ashwaganda tho. The pills im taking taste gross. Wondering if that poses an issue

I've been taking ashwagandha for about 4 months along with my medication and other multivitamins. With the amount of pills I take, it's hard to isolate effects of ashwagandha from the effects and interactions from the other pills I'm taking. But overall, I can attest its beneficial effects from my own experience and those of others'. I take abilify which helps regulate my moods but add the ashwagandha I'm much more focused and less moody.

Ok, thank you. I just ran out so I am gonna see if I still see physical and mental progress without it for a couple weeks. I am also taking fish oil (lifesaver) and vitamin D.
Vitamin D just feels good. like when you wake up in the morning it feels like you have been sleeping in the sun for a couple hours.
