In summary:
There are dumb people of every type, who are shallow and bored.  This type of person is treated for the 'baseline' in the Pe descriptions, whereas other types 'baseline' in the descriptions are quite spiritual and deep.
I have no problem with acknowledging negative trends that come up. Something like "Se leads show up more among criminals" - I'm all for approaching and examining this. However:
I have not noticed Pe people being more prone to boredom than other types. I've lived with a lot of people and the ones that are most often complaining about boredom are introverts!
 
I simply don't find the "boredom," "restless child" and "constant need for stimulation" to be a thorough or realistic treatment of these types.  Rather, it's about a 'hunter-gatherer' mentality, as @teatime pointed out once, and the flow state, as @faeruss called it. I suspect this is the linchpin of Pe, and the 'seeking' quality stems from this.  This also leads to big spiritual insights, synchronicity, channeling the cosmos, etc.
