I also couldn't identify clear eye centric instances - his head motions don't affect the torso at all and the eyes don't really appear to direct the head:

The sync between the eyes and the head comes from Se eye-head parallel motions and this can confuse things a bit.
You can compare it with one of the sample GIFs for face centricity from the codifier:

^He's also displaying Se eye head parallel motions here, but the eyes' orientation doesn't direct the motions of the head and the torso is totally unaffected by the motions of the head as well.
 

You can observe the difference between them and this eye centric sample^ by seeing how the eyes direct the head, they don't just happen to move at the same time with the head. The torso is also affected by the head's motion in this GIF.
