JePe vs PeJe Differentiation

Now it may seem like I am just describing Je-leads vs Pe-leads, but these principles also still apply to Je-leads with conscious Pe, and Pe-leads with conscious Je. For example:

^ Pe Body Swaying + Je Gesticulation / Head Nods
How can we tell from this image if he's Je>Pe or Pe>Je? Look at how his head moves about. It has the "swivel neck" quality of rolling/swiveling across various vecitors in a non-linear manner. Unlike Ted Cruz or Donald Trump above, his head moves without doing the "shovel chin" where he sinks and commits his chin in one direction.
Instead his chin/head-nods are subordinate to his body's ongoing and bubbling momentum. Additionally, his hands lack angularity and definitiveness.
Lets look now at how these principles apply to a TeSi l-l- type:

^ Je Head Nod + Pe Body Swaying
Here we can again ask the question of whether Je comes before Pe. The answer can be seen in several ways. Firstly, his head nods are also head pushes. He retains a J structure from the beginning and when his body swoops/sways to the left it circles back around soon after to the same vector/direction. Ultimately the body is controlled and narrowed in one trajectory.
Notice also how his neck goes in one vector at a time. First it's up/down (the head nod), then left-right (the body sway) but at no point is his neck swiveling aimlessly like a ball bearing.
