Ok, I’ve thought a bit, what is going on, is simply loss of direction.
Working on getting someplace, I decided to build myself, so to say. Shape my destiny. What happened is a mix of physical exercise, studying, being more helpfull and talkative, and shaping my destiny. I started be more extrovert, and getting out.
From being a “loner” posting 2…[Read more]

Starshade replied to the topic Dysautonomia and CT in the forum Health & Lifestyle 1 week, 1 day ago
Ok, making a list of obvious points I wonder about:
Ji-4 halting: EDS / Dysautonomia, seems I do it naturally anyway. Trying to get Je, I posted a Youtube video in Discord where I basically seems to freeze, loose all momentum and train of thought, looks like I almost blacks out.
Fi-1 to Fi-3: Not sure, but pain can cause facial tension.
Fi-7:…[Read more]

Got a question.
On how do CT behave when there is talk about nervous system issues. There is a lifelong quest, which, has brought me to always search for something without any clue what I want, what I look for, who to ask or where to find anything. Always, looking, hoping, for one day finding out… What happens to someone dear to me.
I randomly s…[Read more]

I dissect it, with honesty.
I need to leave Si outside the discussion, though, for a second.
We all might worry, encounter our own difficulties in some ways.
Me, I deal with difficulties with trying to be positive, but also hide from some issues. Social insecurities, the feeling of not being enough, self erasing tendencies of not finding self…[Read more]

Starshade replied to the topic My impression of Fi (Ji) from my point of view in the forum Cognitive Functions 1 month, 1 week ago
To continue your castle metaphor, could we understand unseelie (heart unopened) Fi archetypally as a kind of castle with very high walls? Examples of this in myth may be the princess in the tower, Repunzel locked away by her wicked witch mother, which could represent the heart of Fi locked away by a kind of jealous protectiveness. Unseelie Fi can…

Um… My post basically makes no sense. Which Is why I posted my understanding before I decided not to. If the world gives me a beating, I seek refuge in my core being, turn a bit unemotional, but continues operate on automata, doing what I can. This is the most dysfunctional, and a bit of my strongest side in a way?
The CT system.. Is good, but…[Read more]

Talked to Remy yesterday, and wanted to post a short post about my Ji / Fi experience in general. In order to not bomb the chat with pages of text.
I struggled to define, being permeable, and having an open heart. Now, I think I know how to explain it..
I have always been an idealist, a person who values fairness and morale. I care, feel, etc.…[Read more]

Starshade replied to the topic (V)ortical vs (M)odular in the forum Cognitive Functions 1 month, 2 weeks ago
My thoughts:
The Vortical system, imho, might be looking as a modular “Mandelbrot” set, which is an ever looping structure, equal to your Vortical. What the images do not show, is growth and learning of the V set, which exist in the M.
Imho, imagine the V storing inside the, pattern? Expanding itself and storing within? And with it growing,…[Read more]

Starshade replied to the topic Instrumentalism in the philosophy of science in the forum Spirituality & Philosophy 1 month, 3 weeks ago
I have no ability to truly judge where I am at the moment, my current issue has been finishing my thesis, and I did use a bit of philosophy in it, and within the limited scope available I used Imre Lakatos and Paul Feyrabend, more correctly Lakatos view on science as a series of competing programmes.
In my case, it was not that much about sides,…[Read more]

Starshade replied to the topic [Seelie] How do you deal with emotions? in the forum Ask a Demographic 1 month, 3 weeks ago
You have to consider gender though. As a boy, I were a bit logic oriented, not particularly “emotional”, but neither denying them. I would say I prefer gather data, breaking them down, analytical, fixing issues by pure mind, not feeling. My responses, simply were a bit sterile, or callous. Cold, in cases any girl would be deeply caring. Its not…[Read more]

Starshade replied to the topic How do you experience nostalgia? in the forum The General Hall 2 months, 1 week ago
I got excellent memory, but the feeling of nostalgia, is, I can feel it, sure. But not typically. Usually, a weak feeling “that was fun” or something, watching at a picture or something, fleeting, before moving on. On this question, I basically answer: “No” for now, and will think about how to frame it.
I can remember chess parties at age 10,…[Read more]

Starshade replied to the topic The evolutionary benefit of instrumental religious truths – Discussion in the forum Spirituality & Philosophy 2 months, 2 weeks ago
Sounds nice, I think we are beating against limitations of the human psyche if we discussing doing something with an intrinsic point of view. I used to be adherent to intrinsic truth, trying to see what the truth is, finding out what is trickery, and seek the intrinsic, truth for its own sake.
I also used to judge christianity quite harsh,…[Read more]

So: Anthropologically, this is the based in fundamentalist theology and what happens when a Fundamental theology meets a modern ethics; either it makes fences, and escape, or it grabs the power, and goes for conquest. Starshade replied to the topic The Metaphysics of 'F' (B) by Will Herberg, Martin Buber in the forum Spirituality & Philosophy 3 months ago
Fe and Fi in other systems are often inconsistently defined, but at some root they usually fall into the concepts of Fe relating to others and groups or society and Fi relating to the self and perhaps one-on-one, intimate connections with others. There is usually some mish-mash of feelings, convictions, ability to empathize, etc. thrown in
Biot…[Read more]

Historic Idealism, yes?
How to put it…
I can’t follow on the philosophy, that far, but I know where that theology comes from, why, and how to explain it. Will think on how to comment on the B vs A tomorrow.

Starshade replied to the topic How do you experience a "flow state"? in the forum Ask a Demographic 3 months ago
For typical cerebral flow states, the experience is loss of time, everything just speed up, I keep working, no interruption, no time, nothing exist outside, me, and my task. It’s a perfect way to exist, just, be and read, write or create what I want.
Physical tasks which manage to get me into an flow, typically that would be either running or…[Read more]

Um, I did sleep on it, so to say, I think this is my answer:
* Opposite categories measured need to exist. They might well not exist at all.
Not as, nothing is measured, but, the logic of measurement makes you find 1 of 4 possible “leads”, that do not validate an oposition of functions. Or any layout not measured, only as methods of measurement…[Read more]
