I've seen CT evolve to become more accurate than it was five years ago. Auburn weeds out much of the noise, though not with 100% accuracy. Some people's signals will be noisier than others because facial expression is multifactorial; it's not due to type alone. That said, there's still an essential clustering of signals, and from that, one can see past the noise. The centrality of a function never goes away.
