This, yes.
It's very hard for me to 'emote' out my feelings or display them in/with my body. I can do it in writing a little more, but mostly it's stuck in a conceptual domain. So I can find myself talking about how my emotions work, almost as a concept. It's not impossible for me to be physically visceral but it's certain unnatural for me personally.
