The main difference seems to stem from two opposing core epistemological assumptions:
A – To know a thing, you must step outside of it and observe it
G – To know a thing, you must embody it
@teatime Well put, and I see what you're saying about seeing both impulses in yourself. I think us betas and deltas are mixed types. Betas have detached/look-at-it-from-the-outside judgment and embodied perception, whereas you deltas are flipped, you judge and articulate in an embodied fashion but perceived in a detached manner, at least if my theory is right about where the assumptions are coming from (P vs J). That gammas are the most embodied and alphas the least seems very appropriate at least.
