Visual Description

The eyes disengage downward and all emotional expression falls off their face. The person then becomes rigid and still/lifeless for the full length of the neutralization.

Psychology Description

The person's psychology has become entirely inward turned, and has abandoned any connection to the objective world. At this moment they are intensely revising the accuracy, language/grammar, and structure of their thoughts in an attempt to give a dispassionately true account of their ideas. A habitual display of this signal will evidence a psyche that cares very much for the particularities of definitions, for proper delineation of concepts, and the elimination of internal contradictions between thoughts.
