The eyes carry the head and torso with them, as they move about. Whether immediately (Gr) or with a delay (Su), the eyes drag the head in their direction when they toggle, and the body is subtly dragged along with the eyes/head as well.




This signal reveals a dominating influence of Perception over the body, and therefore also over cognition. When cognitive exploration occurs, either proactively (Pe) or reactively (Pi), the effect is so immense that the entire body's location is also moved in that optical trajectory. Like being carried away by a river, the mind and body are flowing and riffing together through a perceptual landscape.
