    Hi Pe leads 🙂

I'm curious to know what are some personal struggles Pe leads may have with their Ji function.

(And perhaps gain insight as to how it may be the same or differ from Ji leads with their Ji struggles).

I would love to hear you guys share some experiences 🙂

This is my first post here, and I was only typed about a month ago (NeFi II--), so I've not quite parsed things out completely....but here are some of my possible Ji struggles:

*I am very hypersensitive to the emotional energies/vibes around me. I struggle in an environment with a lot of conflict, whether overt or under-the-table.
*I feel things so deeply that it is nearly impossible for me to function "normally" if I am dealing with something challenging (i.e. death or loss).
*Since I can feel emotions so deeply, this can become overwhelming if someone close to me is struggling emotionally, and I allow myself to fully feel their emotions.
*My reactions can sometimes seem confusing and surprising to others.

I know this isn't super specific, but these are my initial thoughts about things that aligned with how I see myself after reading my profile.

i cant say i have any issues with my "Ji"

just smash the common-sense into ppl.
    smash it all in.
    harmony-harmony LOL.

there have been similar threads before...?
if this is a thread that will continue-on about "feelings and vibes" (unrelated to Ji or Fi in this context), havent an issue there either.
sounds like a terrible existence tbh.
it wouldnt kill ppl to learn how to fortify themselves in a way that allows productive action rather than millennial-paralysis-syndrome.
atleast grind the hell outta it.

but this i've commented about before, somewhere, so it is much of the same.
ofc, it sucks to see other people going through "Ji troubles", as described by people on this forum in various places (might be some on the old forums, too).
i still think keeping track of this stuff is valuable even if it is divergent from the current theory of CT itself. MOAR POSTS AND MOAR THREADS

    ---

i am referencing from model-1 and model-2, either Ji or Fi accordingly,

    Ji: Compass Function

    Metabolism: J Functions

    https://cognitivetypology.com/index.php?title=J-
    https://cognitivetypology.com/index.php?title=Model_2_vs_1_Differences

    model 2 -
"Emotions are an unrelated domain that exists in parallel to cognitive type, but belongs to a separate system of the brain. Emotions also have vultological correlates which are tracked, but these are classified as a separate phenomenon to type."

    model 1 -
"The F functions have a direct tie to the emotional state of the person, and high-F types therefore have higher affective sensitivities. Seelie, Unseelie, Adaptive and Directive are considered the emotional attitudes of Fi and Fe."

    Hi Pe leads ?

    Hi 🙂

I'm curious to know what are some personal struggles Pe leads may have with their Ji function.

I really don't know if I've any issue/struggle with my Ji function, maybe it's sometimes an obstacle to open to new experiences .

(And perhaps gain insight as to how it may be the same or differ from Ji leads with their Ji struggles).

    What are Ji-lead struggles?

I thought about the potential struggle Ji function can cause on Pe-lead Types. Apart from that that I mentioned in the previous post, I can say that another potential struggle could be an extreme originality or out-of-the-box behavior and impulsiveness from Fi and, for Ti, a blunt and direct attitude .
