Elisa Day replied to the topic How do you experience nostalgia? in the forum The General Hall 4 months, 1 week ago
@auburn The reason I keep repeating ‘Se users can be so nostalgic’ might be because I often observe Se revisers talking about themselves, their lives, and their general experiences far more often than I see Si conductors do so. This is most likely due to general Ji tendencies.
It seems common to see Se revisers on the server posting old songs the…[Read more]

Elisa Day replied to the topic How do you experience a "flow state"? in the forum Ask a Demographic 5 months ago
The only time I really feel I’m in a flow state is when I’m painting.
I paint on canvas while standing. I move about in a sort of dance that can go on for hours, but it feels like minutes. Music is optional, but I must be alone.
The painting will be all that does, has, and will ever exist for that moment. It is as if I’m a portal chann…[Read more]

This is super interesting, but what does your first note mean? That I agreed with 4 JiPe gamma traits? Out of how many?

Elisa Day replied to the topic [Ji II–] How do you relate to this profile? in the forum Ask a Demographic 1 year ago
Wow, Aubs, it’s perfect! I don’t think I’ve ever read anything typology related that felt so much like someone has been stalking me my whole life and revealing all my skeletons to the world, eep!

I relate most to the theorist. That one sounds like general Ji to me.
The activist sounds more Pe to me than Fe. Interesting.

Elisa Day replied to the topic Unseelie Fi Description in the forum Cognitive Functions 1 year, 1 month ago
When I first read @LadyNerdsky‘s Fi description I quite enthusiastically agreed with every word, but I’ve taken some time to reflect and speak in person with others of my type. My mission here is to get down to the skeleton of Fi’s “is-ness” that separates it from general Ji and unifies both Seelie and Unseelie. In the meantime I’ve also been…[Read more]

Elisa Day replied to the topic [Ji] Three TiNe talking *about* their feelings? in the forum Ask a Demographic 1 year, 1 month ago
“But it seems, beyond having to contend with their match-or-mismatch-to-scenarios, Ti can incline people to wonder (and either accept or not) if the emotion is even valid. Fi seems to take it as a given that the information of the body is valid data, even if it brings into one’s awareness a sense that they should try doing self-work on feeling o…[Read more]

Jack and I battled it out on Facebook over CT once. It was epic fun. He admitted he has noticed visual patterns over the years, but still believes choice of words should be the number one priority when typing people. Since myself and others so often disagree with his typings, I must doubt this method. The benefit of CT is group consensus has been…[Read more]
